    Getting started: copy SheetBlast and authorise it

    Copy SheetBlast into your own Google Drive, open the SheetBlast menu and authorise the script, including Google's "unverified app" screen.

  2. Choose your sending address (Gmail and Google Workspace)

    Choose the Gmail or Google Workspace address SheetBlast sends from, add Send mail as addresses, set daily limits and make sure replies reach this Gmail.

  3. Connect a Hostinger mailbox

    Send from a Hostinger mailbox: create an Agentic Mail API token in Hostinger, connect it in the Sheet and turn the mailbox on as a sender.

  4. Add your contacts

    Fill the Contacts tab: the columns you need, how to paste a list from a CSV or another sheet, and how SheetBlast skips invalid and duplicate emails.

  5. Write a sequence with follow-ups

    Write a cold email sequence: steps and delays, follow-ups in the same thread, merge tags with fallbacks, spintax, and how a reply stops the sequence.

  6. Test before you send

    Preview each contact's next email, send yourself a test of every step, and run an optional full test of threading and stop-on-reply before you start.

  7. Start, stop and keep an eye on it

    Start and stop sending, check Status and the Log, adjust the send window, gaps and daily caps in Settings, and see what each contact status means.

  8. Deliverability setup: land in the inbox

    Set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC for Gmail, Google Workspace or Hostinger, check that they pass, and warm up a new domain before you send more.

    Fixes for common SheetBlast problems: no menu, the unverified app screen, a sender marked ✗, contacts in ERROR, nothing sending and emails in spam.
