1. Who we are
SheetBlast is sold by Digital Media Estonia OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia, registry code 11697004, Järve tn 2-101, 11314 Tallinn, Estonia (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].
2. What you buy
A licence to use SheetBlast: a Google Sheet with a Google Apps Script that sends cold email sequences from your own Gmail account or Hostinger mailbox, plus its v1.x updates. You pay once. There is no subscription.
3. Your licence
- One licence per person. You may use SheetBlast on all of your own Google accounts.
- You may change your copy for your own use.
- You may not resell, share, sublicense or publish SheetBlast, its code, the copy link or your licence key.

4. Delivery

5. Price and payment

6. Refunds
Not for you? Reply to your delivery email within 30 days for a full refund. No questions. Details are in the Refund Policy.
7. How you may use it
You are responsible for the emails you send with SheetBlast and for following the laws that apply to them, including the GDPR and ePrivacy rules in the EU and CAN-SPAM in the United States. In particular:
- No spam. Only email people you have a lawful reason to contact.
- Say who you are, keep subject lines honest, and stop emailing anyone who asks you to.
- Follow Google’s terms and Gmail’s program policies.
We may revoke the licence of anyone who uses SheetBlast to send spam or break the law. [CONFIRM]
8. Google, Gmail and sending limits
SheetBlast runs in your Google account and sends through Gmail or, if you connect one, a Hostinger mailbox. Google’s and Hostinger’s terms, their sending limits and their decisions about your accounts (including limiting or suspending them) are between you and them. We are not responsible for them.
9. Updates
Every v1.x update is free and reaches you as an email with a fresh copy link. We aim to keep SheetBlast working when Google changes its services, but we can’t promise that every change can be worked around. [CONFIRM]
10. No guarantees
SheetBlast is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law requires. We don’t promise any level of deliverability, replies or sales.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for SheetBlast, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data or the suspension of your Google account. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

13. Changes to these terms

14. Law and disputes
