Choose your sending address (Gmail and Google Workspace)

Choose the Gmail or Google Workspace address SheetBlast sends from, add Send mail as addresses, set daily limits and make sure replies reach this Gmail.

SheetBlast can send from your Gmail address and from any address you’ve added to Gmail as “Send mail as”, such as [email protected].

  1. Click SheetBlast → 2. Check sender addresses. The dialog lists:
    • ✓ for each sender in your Senders tab that Gmail has verified.
    • Any other verified “Send mail as” addresses, which it adds to Senders as disabled rows.

  1. Open the Senders tab. For each address you want to use:
    • Tick enabled.
    • Set daily_limit: start at 10 for a new domain and raise it over 2–3 weeks.
    • Optionally fill display_name (e.g. “Johannes Kanter”) and a plain-text signature.
  2. To add an address that isn’t listed: in Gmail, go to Settings → See all settings → Accounts and Import (personal Gmail) or Accounts (Google Workspace) → Send mail as → Add another email address, then confirm the verification email. Then run 2. Check sender addresses again.

Important — replies must reach this Gmail. SheetBlast detects replies by reading the Gmail account that runs it. If replies to [email protected] land in a different inbox, forward them to this Gmail. To check, send a message to that address from another account and see whether it arrives here.

Tip: use a named address (anna@…) rather than info@ or sales@. Named addresses get more replies.
