- Authenticate your domain with three DNS records, set up wherever your domain’s email is hosted:
- SPF: says which servers may send for your domain.
- DKIM: signs each email so it can’t be forged.
- DMARC: tells receivers what to do with mail that fails SPF or DKIM. Start with
v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:[email protected]and tighten it later. - Google Workspace: Admin console → Apps → Google Workspace → Gmail → Authenticate email.
- Gmail “Send mail as” with another domain: that domain’s own email provider must have SPF/DKIM, because mail goes out through its SMTP server.
- Hostinger: Emails → your domain → DNS / authentication settings. [CONFIRM exact hPanel path]
- Check it: send a test email to a Gmail address, open it, choose ⋮ → Show original, and look for SPF: PASS, DKIM: PASS and DMARC: PASS.
- Warm up: for a new domain or mailbox, start at a daily_limit of 5–10 and add about 5 a week. Ask a few colleagues to reply to your first emails.
- Keep lists clean: verify emails before importing and keep bounces under 2%.
- Write like a person: plain text, no images, ideally no links in step 1. SheetBlast never adds tracking pixels or link tracking, which helps you land in the inbox.
- Protect your main domain: for heavy outreach, consider a separate domain (e.g. getyourbrand.com) with its own mailbox, so your main domain’s reputation is safe.
Google’s and Hostinger’s own daily sending limits always apply. Google’s limits: Gmail · Google Workspace.
